Our Texas wedding band loves looking back at magical wedding moments. One wedding for the books was for bride and groom, Lauren and Brandon’s Texas hill country reception. Not only was the day celebrated by Austin’s top wedding vendors but also the couple’s fun tribe of family and friends. Overall the night was packed with bliss, endless smiles, and a surprise performance from the groom to his bride with our live band. What a thrill for our Austin wedding band to share in such a lasting memory.
Wedding Capital of Texas
The day was gorgeous similarly to the wedding venue. Lauren and Brandon tied the knot in the wedding capital of Texas markedly known as Dripping Springs. To point out the couple’s venue of choice, Camp Lucy is one of our Austin wedding band’s favorites. It offers gorgeous scenery and an ideal environment for weddings or special events. Camp Lucy is a Whim Hospitality managed property therefore they offer the ultimate event experience. In fact, they offer unparalleled service from there in house cuisine, floral design, and event decor rentals.
Sing with the Band
Our Austin wedding band’s goal was to bring the fire and we certainly did. In brief, we packed the dance floor all night with our high-energy choreographed show. Playing everything from Motown/Soul eras to ’80’s, the ’90s, 00s and today’s top 40 to sum up. The nonstop dance medleys coupled with our Texas variety band’s smooth transitions kept everyone on their feet. Our team at Uptown Drive enjoyed being the live entertainment for such a special private event.
However, the most iconic moment of the night was having the groom perform a song with our live band. The surprise performance for his bride, Lauren was one of our favorite moments presently for our Texas wedding band. Brandon sang ‘Best we’ve ever been” by singer/ songwriter Sean McConnel.
